We’re on the lookout for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help our festivals run smoothly. Whether you have just a few hours to spare or can offer more time, your support can have a big impact — and we’d love to have you on board

 

Ways You Can Help:

 

During the Festival:

1. Selling tickets and programmes

2. Guiding performers to rehearsal and performance areas

3. Assisting adjudicators by taking notes (typing or writing)

4. Stewarding the auditorium

5. Setting up and preparing venues

6. Helping with refreshments — preparation and sales

 

Outside Festival Dates:

1. Bookkeeping and financial support

2. Graphic or digital design

3. Marketing and promotional activities

To help keep all participants safe, especially our young performers, a background check (DBS) is required for all new team members.
